  • There are minimum and maximum heights required for all rides.
  • We apply a dress code policy in line with local customs.
  • You can bring your own towels if you don't want to rent or buy one at the park.
  • All tickets are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

  2. No refund or cancellation policy.
  3. Please arrive on time.
  4. No show to your book time slot, will be charged.
  5. All activities are subjected to weather condition. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
  6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
  7. Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
