• Please bring a print out of this e-ticket and government-issued photo ID with you and follow the instructions at the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi (Park).
• Please proceed directly to the turnstiles and scan the QR code for entry.
• This ticket gives you one general admission entry to Park.
• You must redeem this ticket before the date shown above, or it will expire.
• Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission.

• This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
• Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void.
• Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park.
• All tickets are open dated, valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.

How to receive your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• No refund or cancellation policy.
• All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
• No show to your book time slot will be charged.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
