• This ticket gives you one general admission entry to Park.
• You must redeem this ticket before the date shown above, or it will expire.
• please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.
• Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket, and can enter the Park for free.
• Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
  This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
• Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorized third party are void.
• Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
• Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park.
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
• All tickets are open dated, valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

How to receive your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• Full payment in advance.
• Please arrive on time.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• No refund or cancellation policy.
• All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
• No show to your book time slot will be charged.
