• Free lockers are available for your convenience. 
• High heels are prohibited inside the museum; please wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes. 
• For your comfort and enjoyment, please wear comfortable, practical clothing. 
• Some artworks contain water, so it is recommended to wear clothing that can easily be folded up to your knees to prevent it from getting wet.
• Be aware that some artworks feature ultraviolet light, flashing lights, and blurring effects. 
• If you are a photography enthusiast, we recommend wearing white or plain clothing to highlight your beauty amidst the vibrant lighting and projection effects.
• The ticket is all day pass.

• Your ticket will be sent to you via a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
