• For safety reasons, long hair must be tied back.
• Kindly be advised that children between 95 cm and 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note that children under 95 cm may have restricted access to some attractions.
• Infants are not permitted on specific rides for safety purposes.
• Kindly note that height and weight restrictions apply to various attractions.
• Please be advised that eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfers.
• The ticket is valid for one-day use only.

How to receive your tickets?

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
