• It is preferable not to eat for 2 to 3 hours before the trip to avoid any vomiting or sickness during the dune bashing experience.
• Dune bashing is not suitable for people with back or neck problems.
• The tour duration starts when we pick you up from the hotel and ends when we drop you off.
• You are the only one who is responsible for any damage, injuries sustained, or lost items during the day's activities.
• Tanoura dance and belly dance shows will not be available on public holidays in the UAE or during Ramadan.
• Someone will contact you to confirm the pickup location and time one or two days before the trip date or if there are any changes in times.
• All of our tools are operated in line with local COVID-19 legislation requirements.
• Pick-up and drop-off are from Abu Dhabi hotels only.
• In case of sickness, please contact us 24 hours before the trip date to reschedule it.
• We can provide you with infant seats upon request, but you have to mention that while booking, and in that case, you will have to pay for a ticket for the child.
• Quad bikes are available with extra fees while booking or separately at the camp.
• A shared safari trip wouldn't be suitable for pregnant women; they have to book a private one to be able to skip the Dune bashing experience and go directly to the camp.
• If you want to ensure a private car, please book for six people.
• You are not allowed to bring pets, luggage, large bags, alcoholic drinks, or drugs.

• Comfortable shoes such as sandals or flip flops.
• A hat, camera, sunscreen, and a light sweater during the winter.

4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• There are no charges if you cancel your trip 24 hours before the trip time. 
• You will not be able to refund your ticket money in case of late cancellations and no-shows.
