• From 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM you can visit the Teddy Bear Museum & Teddy Cafe.
• From 4:20 PM to 5:20 PM you can The Quintessence of Vietnam Complex to explore the Cultural space, cuisine, and traditional Phu Quoc craft villages.
• From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Watching the sunset at Grand World Beach with DJ music and afternoon tea.

• The ticket can only be used on the specified date and time, if applicable.
• Be aware that children who are 100 cm or below can enter for free.
• The venue does not allow outside food or drinks.
• Items such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, and any other dangerous objects or materials that could disrupt or inconvenience fellow attendees are not allowed inside the venue.
• Individuals who seem intoxicated may be denied entry or service, and no refunds will be provided in these instances.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If a staff member catches you, you will be asked to leave immediately.
• COVID-19 Guidelines: Please complete the Health Declaration Form and present it to the VinWonders staff at the ticket counter.
• For your safety and in accordance with COVID-19 prevention measures, please wear a mask throughout your visit.
• Please be aware that entry to Grand World Phu Quoc is free. And the tickets are required for access to the activities and attractions within Grand World.

How to receive and redeem your booking?

• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Ensure that you have your mobile ticket ready to be presented when requested.

• In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• These tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.
