• You can’t reschedule the time and date of your ticket. 
• Free entry for children with a height of 99 cm or below.
• You have to know that there may be changes in the schedule of the activity without prior notice due to the weather conditions.
• You can book the Alpine Coaster 3 as an add-on through Ootlah to avoid a long queue.

• This thrilling roller coaster ride offers high-speed chills and fun within massive and twisting tubes and lets you enjoy the natural beauty of the Vietnamese mountains. 
• This experience includes English and Vietnamese-speaking staff.
• It does not include a cable car. 
• For safety purposes, Alpine Coaster stops working in case of bad weather without prior notice.
• It's not recommended for people with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, and pregnant women.

Alpine Coaster height restrictions 

• Kids at the height of 110 and below can’t join.
• Kids at the height of 140 and above will be charged the same rate as adults.

• Please present your ticket on mobile to enter. 

• The process of getting your booking confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
