How to get there?

• The best way to get there is by private car or taxi.

• Please note that children with a height of 100 cm or below can enter free of charge.
• Kindly be informed that children between 100 cm and 140 cm require a child ticket.
• Please note that only participants aged 4 and above can enjoy the virtual reality game.
• This activity is not recommended for individuals with medical conditions (such as high blood pressure or epilepsy), pregnant women, and seniors.
• Kindly note that outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• For everyone's safety and comfort, dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and any objects that may disturb other attendees are strictly prohibited.
• Please be aware that pets are not allowed inside the venue, except for service animals with valid identification.
• This activity is wheelchair-accessible for guests who require assistance.
• For the best experience, we recommend visiting between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM to witness the breathtaking sunset and enjoy the stunning nighttime views.

How to receive and redeem your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to your email as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your ticket and exchange it for a physical ticket.
• Location: At B1 of Landmark 81.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you have any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.
