Ticket for Dolphins Show and Swimming with Them at Pattaya Dolphinarium with 10% Off

• The dolphinarium opens from 10 AM to 7 PM. 
• Show times: 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM. 
• Swimming times: 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM 
• Closed every Wednesday. 

• Transfers to and from the place. 
• Personal expenses.

• Tickets are valid only on the selected date and time stated on your voucher.
• Tickets are for foreign visitors only and are issued per person.
• All prices include 7% VAT.
• Children are defined as those aged up to 12 years with a height between 80–120 cm.
• If a child is over 120 cm, an adult ticket must be purchased before entry.
• Infants under 80 cm can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult. No separate seat provided.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
• Ticket availability is subject to current bookings.
• Please follow all venue rules and guidelines.

Swimming with Dolphins:

• Open to adults and children aged 6 years and above only.
• Not allowed for children under 6 years old.
• Swimmer’s maximum weight must not exceed 100 kg.
• Swimmers over 100 kg may participate, but some activities may be limited.
• Activity duration:
• Show: 50 minutes
• Swimming session: 10 minutes
• Swimming activities include:
• Holding onto the dolphin’s fins
• Dancing with a dolphin
• Receiving a kiss on the cheek from a dolphin
• Arrive 15–20 minutes before swimming for registration.

Not allowed for:

• People with chronic/acute skin or infectious diseases
• Those with mental or heart conditions
• Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Pregnant women or people with special needs
• Swimmers must:
• Keep nails trimmed

How to redeem your ticket 

• You will need to show your ticket through mobile at counter number 1 at the front.

1. The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
2. In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
3. This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• You will get a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before show time, but in case of no shows, late cancellations, or arriving late, you will not get any refund.
