Oman: Kayak & Stand-Up Paddle Board Experience in Wadi Dayqah

• From Tuesday to Sunday, from 1 PM to 5 PM.

• Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Children from 8 to 11 years old are allowed to ride double kayaks, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children starting at 12 years old can ride single kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

• You should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time.
• For safety reasons, you will be asked to leave your ID at the reception.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
