• Jet ski capacity is one or two persons.
• Jet ski driver should be 18 years old or above, if it’s not he should be accompanied with another one aged 18 or above in the same jet ski.
• A disclaimer must be read and signed upon arrival at the meeting point.
• Must have ID or Passport to register.
• Pregnants are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Wheelchair users are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Maximum weight up to 350k.
• This activity is near public transportation.
• It's better to be in the marina 10 Minutes prior to the booking time to register.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
