London Zoo Entry Ticket

• Zoo Admission Access.

• Please know that Children under 3 and caregivers of disabled visitors get free entry.
• Kindly note children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Please note that children aged 16 and above will be charged the same rate as adults.
• Know that Carers don’t need to book a ticket.
• Must know that the last admission is 1 hour before closing time.
• Must know that London Zoo nights start at 6 PM and it’s permitted for guests over 18 years.
• Please note that dogs are not permitted on the premises of London Zoo.
• Please note that there are no facilities available for left luggage.
• Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, rollerblades, and skateboards are not permitted on the zoo premises.
• The zoo is wheelchair accessible.

• Every day from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• The last entry to the zoo is at 3:00 pm.
• Closed on public holidays.

How to get there?

• By bus: bus 274 runs from Marble Arch and Baker Street to Ormonde Terrace
• By underground (Tube): walk for 3 minutes from Camden Town and Regent's Park stations.

 Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also access your tickets in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your booking to redeem a physical ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you better.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time if applicable.

• A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity begins.
