• Children from 0 to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. 
• Free entry is available for children from 0 to 1 year old. 
• Pets are not allowed to enter the aquarium, except assistance dogs. 
• Please don’t be late and arrive on time, as you have booked at the aquarium. 
• The whole aquarium is suitable for people with strollers and wheelchairs. 
• The last entry for the aquarium is 1 hour before the closing time.

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 to 10 minutes in the form of a QR-Code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Show your mobile ticket to enter the venue directly.
