Eiffel Tower Entry Ticket with a Tour Guide

• Please note that the ticket is valid on the specific date and time if applicable.
• Please be aware that re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.

• Infants and children should be counted as a part of the total passenger headcount.
• Children between the ages of 0 and 3 can enter at no cost (Each child must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket to participate in this activity).
• You may need to wait in line for security checks and for the lifts, the total wait time to reach the second floor can be as long as 25 minutes.
• Holders of top floor tickets will need to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the elevators to the top floor. During high season, this wait may take an additional 20 minutes.
• The top floor of the Eiffel Tower may be closed due to bad weather, maintenance, or safety reasons.
• Please arrive at the location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
• For tours that start after 6 PM, a tour guide will be present in front of the office 15 minutes prior to the start time to greet the participants, even though the office will be closed.
• The guide will arrive at the location late or early depending on an unexpected event.
• Pets are not allowed.
• This activity is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.

Receive & redeem your booking 

• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking within 5 to 10 minutes.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please show your mobile ticket when you arrive at the meeting point which is the Paris trip office and exchange it for a physical ticket.

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 to 10 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• You can cancel your booking earlier than 24 hours before participation time with losing 42% from the total price of the ticket. 
• There is no refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the experience or after participation time.
• Be aware that latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
