Theory of Music Course

We teach the same syllabuses of ABRSM, which contain: how to read and write musical notes, orchestral arrangement, composing, and chords of music and songs.

Syllabuses are divided into eight grades from G1- G8

The study of music theory is useful for studying instrument playing and signing, easy reading of musical notes, and understanding of performance directions which cuts down the study time of the Practical Course.

The course is taught in groups or individuals according to the candidate’s wish

Two tests are held twice a year by a committee of examiners assigned particularly for this purpose by ABRSM. Successful candidates are granted certificates issued from London against payment of exam fees sent to ABRSM in the dates indicated by the schedule.
