The Minimum duration to book this activity is 2 hours and you can add extra hours for extra fees.
According to UAE regulations, our crew's responsibilities are limited to maintaining the vessel and ensuring the safety of its passengers. There are no other obligations or duties for our crew toward guests.
The yacht capacity is 10 guests.
It is solely up to our company to determine the suitability and attachment of decorations.
Smoking is not allowed on any of our yachts.
Life jackets must only be worn by passengers during cruises.
Passengers must carry their original identity card (passport, driving licence or identity card) during the trip.
The client is responsible for any damages to the yacht that are caused by them or contracted service providers, the compensation covers the expenses of repairing and transporting the yacht.
We can offer a BBQ grill on board if you request it, marinated meat needs to be provided by the guests for the crew member to cook.
Liability does not cover personal injuries that occur during recreational activities, such as cruising, swimming, fishing, and parasailing.

Full payment in advance.
No refund or cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time.
No show to your book time slot will be charged.
All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

Cancellation Policies

For a full refund, you need to cancel the trip before 24 hours.
If you cancel the trip within 24 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of the total paid value.
If you’d like to reschedule your appointment, you may inform us 24 hours before.
