Day 1

• Airport pickup.
• Arrival at the accommodation and welcome session with introductions.
• Visit to Fatimah Al-Qatt Al-Aseeri Museum.
• Return to the accommodation and enjoy group activities and games.
• Dinner.
• Rest and overnight stay.

Day 2

• Early wake-up and breakfast.
• Hiking in the mountain trails.
• Visit the Strawberry Farm and enjoy picking strawberries.
• Lunch.
• A special historical tour of Abu Sarah Palaces.
• Coffee break at the café next to Abu Sarah Palaces.
• Return to the accommodation and dinner.

Day 3

• Early wake-up and breakfast at High City.
• End of trip and farewell at 01:00 PM.

• Hiking shoes with ankle support.
• Personal essentials (towel – toothbrush – any personal medication – sunscreen – etc.).
• Your own power bank.

• A detailed schedule with timing will be shared upon participants’ arrival.
• Changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• The customer is entitled to a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the activity time.
• If the booking is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled trip, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation occurs within the last 24 hours before the scheduled trip, no refund will be issued.
• Cancellations are not allowed during official holidays or festive seasons; however, the customer may reschedule according to Ootlah’s rescheduling policy.
• In case the customer does not attend at the scheduled activity time, the paid amount is non-refundable.
• The customer may reschedule the trip up to two times within one calendar year, provided that we are informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
• Once rescheduled, the customer loses the right to cancel the booking and request a refund.
