Cairo City Tour: Visit Islamic Coptic Area Salah Al-Din Citadel

1- Leave from your hotel at 8 am and start visiting Old Cairo where you will see.

The Coptic museum founded in 1910 that house more than 16000 artifacts.

Then you will visit the churches of Old Cairo, that dates back to the 5th century AD

* the hanging church

* Abi Serge church

* Mar Girgis church

You will then have a short drive to visit Amr ibn el Ass mosque, the first in Egypt founded by its namesake the Arabian leader who conquered Egypt in 641 AD

2- afterward you will visit the Saladin citadel as well as:

*Mohamed Ali mosque which was built in the Ottoman style.

*Al Nasser Mohamed mosque.

3- You then get the opportunity to see the Sultan Hassan mosque one of the biggest in Egypt which was built in the 15th century, and next door you can see the AL Refaai mosque.

4- Later that evening you will have to walk thru the Khan el Khalili, the biggest bazaar and souk in Egypt, and enjoy setting in one of the many coffee shops to soak in the atmosphere.
